Ralls County Historical Society President's Corner

For the last few months, I've battled a variety of health problems that have required several hospitalizations and a lot of physical therapy. Thank you to each of you that have reached out to let me know you are thinking of me or keeping me in your prayers. Your kindness is appreciated.

Ralls County Historical Society needs your help. We need volunteers for a variety of projects, the most important of which is volunteers to be at the museum during the summer so it can be open on weekends. The museum is trying to have set hours of 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. You don't have to do it every weekend; just pick a day or two. Please consider volunteering your time to help us share our historical artifacts with both locals and visitors.

A few other specific needs are:
Someone to hang the exterior signage at the museum.
The installation of a video doorbell at the museum.
Vacuuming and dusting at the museum.
