Ralls County Has 10th Covid-19 Case

Ralls County Health Department announces its 10th case of Covid-19 this week. While our numbers are still low, we must remain vigilant.

We encourage social distancing especially with the holiday coming up this weekend. Keep in mind the importance of keeping your loved ones safe. Help to protect them.
