Brush Pickup started Friday, April 4, & will be the first and third Friday of each month! Please have the brush set at the curb by 10:00 AM to ensure it gets picked up.

 All Town Garage Sale Friday, May 2 & Saturday, May 3 
 Fireworks display July 4[th], starting at dusk at the Fairgrounds 
 Old Thresher's, July 10-12 at the Fairgrounds 
 Monroe County 4H Fair, July 13-18 at the Fairgrounds 
Bulk Trash Pickup: Thursday, May 8[th] and Monday, May 12[th]. 
Construction waste WILL NOT be picked up. Call the City office for further details. 
ATTENTION - With Spring and Summer approaching, the city would like to remind everyone that when mowing, please blow all yard clippings back into your yard rather than onto the streets and sidewalks. Be advised of the following codes: 
- Ordinance No. 535: Riding bicycles, scooters, or skateboards on sidewalks, motorized bicycles prohibited. No person shall ride a bicycle, scooter, or skateboard upon a sidewalk within a business district in the City of Paris. 
 - Section 215.015 No grass or weeds over seven inches in height. 
 City Council meetings are on the first Tuesday of every month. They are open to the public except for closed sessions. The agendas are posted at the city office the prior Friday.
