o New Members - Double Hearts Ranch - Unique Equine Learning property with
camping opportunities; scheduled events and personalized programs for each
guest.
o 2024 Membership List - Publish to Social Media and Website
o Need to work with members to get info for website.
-Ralls/Monroe Paper will feature our Chamber “page” next week.

o Update from Blake regarding file storage & website
- Update on Welcome Signs & Billboard
o Signs are in!!! 1 of the 4 welcome signs are installed
o Need to move the one west of town (Spoke to Major about this)
o Need someone to put up billboard – City went and looked at sign, they believe it
needs some repair before the billboard cover can be attached.
o Need help finding someone to repair billboard. – Received Quote from Midwest
Railroad
 Vote to have Midwest Railroad repair; install banner
