II. CONSENT ITEMS

Adoption of Agenda/Additions to Agenda

Jason Liter motioned to approve the consent items as presented, Ritchie Palmer seconded Motion passed 7-0,

At 5:02 p.m Ritchie Palmer made the motion to enter closed session and Kathleen Barnett seconded to go into closed session to discuss personnel issues in accordance with 610.021 (3) Roll call vote: Hilgenbrinck- yes, Hodges-yes, Moss- yes, Barnett-yes, Boling-yes, Liter-yes, Palmer-yes, motion passed 7-0.

Jake Moss motioned to approve resignation of Lacie White, paraprofessional effective November 16, 2023, seconded by Scott Hodges. Roll call vote: Hilgenbrinck- yes, Hodges-yes, Moss- yes, Barnett-yes, Boling-yes, Liter-yes, Palmer-yes, motion passed 7-0.

Scott Hodges motioned to hire Mark Hoerr for teacher to finish the 2023-2024 school year (K-5 Librarian), seconded by Jason Liter. Roll call vote: Hilgenbrinck- yes, Hodges-yes, Moss- yes, Barnett-yes, Boling-yes, Liter-yes, Palmer-yes, motion passed 7-0.

Scott Hodges motioned to allow Mr. Windsor to resume his normal duties on 10/24/23, seconded by Jason Liter. Roll call vote: Hilgenbrinck- no, Hodges-yes, Moss- yes, Barnett-yes, Boling-yes, Liter-yes, Palmer-yes, motion passed 6-1.

Michael Boling motioned to place Mr. Windsor on an improvement plan, seconded by Ritchie Palmer. Roll call vote: Hilgenbrinck- yes, Hodges-yes, Moss- yes, Barnett-yes, Boling-yes, Liter-yes, Palmer-yes, motion passed 7-0.

Ritchie Palmer motioned to leave the closed session at 9:11 p.m., seconded by Jake Moss. Roll call vote: Hilgenbrinck- yes, Hodges-yes, Moss- yes, Barnett-yes, Boling-yes, Liter-yes, Palmer-yes, motion passed 7-0.

Michael Boling made a motion to adjourn at 9:12 p.m., seconded by Kathleen Barnett , motion passed 7-0.
