Shooting Investigation Underway

On May 21, 2023 at approximately 11:31am, Ralls County Sheriff's Department were called to Bluebird Ct. near Hwy J. It was reported that a male and female were driving their side by side along the road and the female was struck in the neck by an object.

It was later confirmed that this was a fragment of lead, from what appears to be a small caliber rifle.
