| William Ransdell tip toes the sidelines during his "career" game versus Hayti

The Paris Coyotes season ended with their trip to Hayti and a 54-19 loss to the home team in the first round of the Missouri playoffs. The Coyotes never could get their ground game untracked but the passing attack rang up an amazing 391 yards of real estate with William Ransdell grabbing 13 balls for 184 yards and Jon Gilliam chipping in for 107 yards on 12 catches. Not to be outdone Kable Ragsdale pulled down three balls for 56 yards and Taylor Barr even caught two balls from Gilliam for 14 yards. Barr completed 28 tosses in 44 attempts for 377 yards of offense and three touchdowns - a 16 yard strike to Ransdell; a 1 yard toss to Gilliam; and a 1 yard toss to Ransdell. On the 16 yard TD toss Ransdell caught the ball at the one and fought his way through three defenders not to be denied for a score. The Coyotes only rushed the ball five times in the contest against the swarming Hayti defense for -26 yards. Defensively Tyler Dunlap and William Ransdell had double digit tackles with 13 and 11 respectively. Jon Gilliam recovered a fumble and Ransdell added an interception to his impressive contest. “I enjoyed every minute of the season,” said Coyote Head Coach Josh Klusmeyer. “I was blessed with a great group of young men and I am excited about the future of Coyote Football.” “I would like to wish all of our seniors this year good luck and we will miss them,” added Coach Klusmeyer.
